Growth Product Manager (Web-funnels)

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead the development of our web monetization funnels. You'll own a key revenue growth channel, responsible for designing experiments, optimizing conversion flows, and transforming data insights into measurable business results.

What you'll be doing

Monetization & Experimentation:

  • Design and launch A/B tests for web funnels focused on maximizing subscription conversion

  • Optimize paywall strategies and subscription offers based on behavioral analytics and user segmentation

  • Independently discover insights in data and develop hypotheses to improve key conversion metrics

  • Forecast experiment results in close collaboration with the analytics team

  • Manage the experimentation backlog, prioritizing initiatives by potential revenue impact

Data & User Acquisition:

  • Analyze web funnel performance in conjunction with UA campaigns to optimize unit economics

  • Create segmented monetization strategies for different traffic channels and user cohorts

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation across acquisition channels

  • Implement attribution and tracking tools for complete customer journey understanding

Strategy & Market:

  • Monitor the competitive landscape, tracking new monetization approaches in the industry

  • Build the product roadmap for web funnels based on market insights and metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, marketing, design, analytics, development) to execute initiatives

  • Coordinate with the product team to ensure web funnel alignment with overall product strategy

  • Present experiment results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Must-haves

  • Product management experience: 2+ years in growth marketing, growth product management, or product management focused on monetization in mobile subscription apps or B2C web products (excluding game-dev)

  • Experimentation expertise: strong command of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, and experimental design

  • Analytical skills: proficiency with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), ability to build unit economics models

  • Web funnel knowledge: experience with web-to-subscription flows, understanding of web conversion mechanics

  • Data-driven approach: ability to independently extract insights from data and make decisions based on them

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher for communication with platforms, app stores, and partners

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with international audiences

  • Familiarity with personalization tools and dynamic paywall solutions

  • Understanding of creative/photo-video app specifics

  • Experience setting up and optimizing UA campaigns or close collaboration with marketing teams

  • Knowledge of UX/UI design fundamentals for web products
